I recently attended Master Sonny's Women's Self-Defense Course. Master Sonny taught us valuable techniques that are simple enough for anyone to learn and use. His assistants were al so exceptional. They were very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. The class was very comfortable. At no time was anyone ever made to feel uncomfortable or uneasy.
I recommend all women enroll in this class. Hopefully you will never need to use the skills learned but at least you will know what you can do should you need to defend yourself. I look forward to enrolling in the Level ll class.
