Mariella and Jack Carr

Meghan and Kaitlyn started Tae Kwon Do in May 2005.  Since this time I have noticed a remarkable improvement in their physical and mental growth.  They have become more self confident and able to make decisions that will help themselves and others.

The discipline and focus that they have learned, and are still learning, has helped them not only at Tae Kwon Do but also at school, home and everyday life.  As parents we enjoy the fact that not only are they being physically active, they are also learning self defence.

The girls love going to Tae Kwon Do and have never once stated that they didn't want to go to class.  Meghan and Kaitlyn go to class a minimum of three times a week.  This has helped them to keep up with class and learn their patterns and more so that they have been able to test and pass twice allowing them to get their yellow belts already.  They are very proud of their achievements and are eager to tell their friends and family about their accomplishments.

We also believe that their commitment to Tae Kwon Do will teach them a solid work ethic which will help them later in life.  It has thought them to follow through and manage their time effectively.  Having the girls join Tae Kwon Do is one of the best decisions we have made and we are thrilled that they are a part of such a wonderful sport!
