This is slated to be the biggest and largest gather of WHKD and Kajukenbo people worldwide.
The Ch'uan-fa section under GM Al Dela Cruz as well as GM Emil Baptista will be celebrating their 40th anniversary with us. Each of them began their schools and sections the same time as WHKD.
July 17, Thursday,
arrival in LV. Nevada at the Plaza Hotel to check and socialize in the event with other Kajukenbo family for a night out on the town and
July 18 Friday,
7:30am; KOA Council of GM's meeting
9am to 3pm; Seminars begins with 55 minutes each rotation sections, 14+ instructors teaching different levels of martial arts, Edge and Blunt weapons to empty hand and multiman.
5pm to 8 pm; WHKD 40th Anniversary Celebration and award Banquet teaming up with KOA's Banquet and award ceremony. Showcasing WHKD Dacascos Show Team and other Kajukenbo Show Teams and slide show highlighting WHKD 40 years of growth and Kajukenbo's 60 years of growth
9pm-; Melveen Leed's Hawaiian and Jazz Concert
July 19, Saturday,
8am: registration
9am: Tournament begins. KOA's International Championships.
July 20, Sunday,
8am: WHKD Black Belt morning breakfast and meeting
Rest of the day after breakfast to sightsee LV, shop, hotel jumping or relax.
July 21, Monday,
All Free or train with other Grand Masters
July 22, Tuesday,
Depart for home or for plan "B" Continuous Education Program with Sifu Al Dacascos in Hawaii from July 23, Wednesday to July 29, Tuesday. Depart for home on July 30, Wednesday.
A full week of activities are planned out for the Hawaii trip after Las Vegas. Besides our morning workout at various beaches around the Island and in the Valleys of the Island of Oahu and Waikiki, Activities for snorkeling, Hang Gliding, Surfing, Mountain hiking, Paintball competition in the forest, night clubbing, sight seeing and on our final day will be a short training in the famous Palama Settlement, the original place of where Kajukenbo first began.

More detail information on all cost for both events in Las Vegas and Hawaii will be distributed in Mid- January 2008.
All activities for the Banquet, Seminars, meetings and tournament will take place inside the Plaza Hotel and Casino. WHKD Continuous Education Program will continue in Hawaii.
